Ever Notice?

Ever notice that when turning down a panhandler, you pat your pockets? As if that somehow proves you don't have any money on you? Why do we do that? It's like when people ask for the time and point to their wrists. Or ask for a pen and make a writing motion in the air.

Hey, I'm just as guilty as anyone else. I do all of them!
