CFS?

After some more research, I believe what's going on may be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The symptoms include painless swelling of the glands (especially in the neck region), itchy eyes, sneezing, unrefreshing sleep, frequent waking, sore eyes, fatigue, cold hands and feet, muscle soreness, etc. (I'm listing the symptoms I have. There are more.) CFS can have a sudden onset, especially after a flu-like illness (I was sick twice last month...I don't know if it was one long period of being sick with a little improvement in the middle, or if it was two separate bouts of illness). Also, 90 percent of people with CFS receive normal blood results on their labs, as I did. This would explain so much.
Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there as an update. I hope to find out more at the ultrasound on the 21st, but otherwise, trying to stay positive. Hard sometimes when you feel tired every day, but workin' on it. :0) At this point, I just want to know how to wake up and feel like my old self again! I'm functioning, but it feels like my head is stuffed with cotton most of the time. I just feel like if I can get my eyes to feel normal, everything would be better. They feel...heavy, not awake. I don't know how to explain it. But it's annoying.
On an up note, we signed the papers for our condo on Friday and did the final walk-thru on Saturday. We should get keys Thursday. Woohoo! And then, there is mucho work to be done. Feels cool to be a homeowner. :0)
